Our Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. This window exists because we believe you should have time to truly assess whether a piece belongs in your wardrobe—not just a rushed decision.
After 7 days, returns are no longer accepted. We ask that you review your items promptly.
How to Return
The process is straightforward:
- Log in to your account and view your order details.
- Click "Request Return" for orders delivered within the last 7 days.
- Select the items you're returning and tell us why.
- Submit your request. We review each return individually.
- Once approved, we'll provide next steps for returning the items.
Refund Policy
All refunds are credited to your wallet balance. We do not process cash refunds.
When your return is approved, the full amount will be added to your wallet, ready for your next purchase. Any loyalty points you spent on the order will also be restored—because your loyalty shouldn't be penalized if something doesn't work out.
Review Process
Each return request is reviewed within 2-3 business days. We take this seriously because we take quality seriously. Once approved, wallet credits and loyalty point restorations are processed immediately—no waiting on bank transfers or processing delays.
