The 7-Day Window

We offer a 7-day consideration period from the moment of delivery. This allows you ample time privately assess the fit and finish of your acquisition.

Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated, as we must maintain the integrity of our limited inventory.

The Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Access your account dashboard and locate your order history.
  2. Select "Request Return" for the eligible order.
  3. Specify the items and provide a brief reason for the return.
  4. Our concierge team will review your request personally.

Wallet Credit Policy

Refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit.

Upon approval and receipt of the item, the full value will be credited to your personal wallet, available immediately for future acquisitions. Any loyalty points utilized will be gracefully restored.
